Kip'yaia

Kip'yaia is an ethereal female Lupynn, the spirit guide of Kalum Tasis, and an ally character in the roleplay This Dream.

Appearance

Kip'yaia is rather small for a Lupynn, only about the size of a Euthoran wolf. Her wingspan is still quite large, however, and while her feathers are largely a snowy white, they are tipped with a deep cobalt blue. The arms of each wing are quite similar. Kip'yaia's eyes are a teal sort of green, and her soft fur follows the same colors as her wings: her chest, legs, muzzle, and the tips of her tail and ears are pure white, while her paws, back, and most of her tail and head are sapphire-colored. She is surrounded by a translucent blue aura.

Personality

Kip'yaia is generally cool and sarcastic, especially towards Kalum. She means well, however, and stands loyally by his side in case he needs her. Outside of combat, she may take her duties as a protector a bit too far, once aggressively attacking Sekhmet after the anthropomorphic lioness "killed" Rina. While in battle, however, she avoids attacking, favoring the aid that she can give her allies. She may also be selfless, giving over the last of her energy to fuel one more assault on the enemy from Kalum. Her personality seems to fluctuate easily, and may be tied to her link with Kalum.

Fighting Style

While she is able to go on the offensive, Kip'yaia concentrates primarily on defending her allies, healing them and bolstering their abilities. Her priority in this is Kalum first, however she will also aid the rest of the group. It is rare for her to heal herself unless she truly needs it, instead worrying mostly about the injured around her. As such, she attempts to stay away from the enemy, though always keeping in range of at least one of her allies.

Relationships

Kip'yaia is the spirit guide of Kalum Tasis. She is otherwise neutral towards the rest of the party, but is developing a hostility towards Sekhmet for the Weakened Deity's arrogance and aggression.

Kip'yaia's exact history is unknown at this current point in time.
